The UE RR is designed as a "reference monitor" and offers an extremely neutral and linear sound. This makes it ideal for studio applications as it reproduces every nuance of a track without tonal coloration - perfect for mixing and mastering.

"Custom" means tailor-made and individually adapted to the ear. The optimum fit in the ear can only be achieved through a personal ear fitting. Nothing offers more wearing comfort than a customized solution. However, this individual fitting not only plays a decisive role in comfort, but also in the sound quality of the headphones. In order to reproduce the bass as intended by the manufacturer, the earpiece must ensure a perfect seal in the ear canal. This is the only way to fully exploit the full sound range, especially in the bass range.
